Neetzotz

Every young person deserves to succeed. Neetzotz exists to make that happen.

By identifying gaps in the system and creating practical, sustainable solutions, Neetzotz gives young people the tools and confidence for long-term success, preventing fallout — and failure.

A trailblazing operation. A launchpad for success.

Success starts here

Not all young people are created equal. But the mainstream mass-education system is.

Bound to a specific syllabus, schools focus on academic achievement. This often leaves weaker students falling through the cracks, their social or emotional issues left untreated — and harder to reverse.

Not about to take chances on the community’s children, Neetzotz took note — and took action.

Serving 700+ children between the ages of 8-20 — and their parents and staff — we run a rich array of education and extracurricular programmes, helping young people develop skills, confidence and resilience, and granting them the best chance at success.

Meet Issac*

When Isaac came to Neetzotz, he had multiple learning difficulties coupled with social challenges. Sadly, he grew comfortable with his perpetual place, looking in from outside.

But Neetzotz exists to help children academically…

Meet Jerry*

Jerry was an impulsive, immature and often antisocial ten year old. Given his domestic situation, it was hardly a surprise. He had a lot on his shoulders — and it was there to stay.

But Neetzotz exists to help children emotionally…

Meet Fred*

Fred came to Neetzotz with severely low self-esteem. It was hampering his social integration — and it needed no explanation. At twelve, Fred was obese. He couldn’t keep up with his peers even if he tried.

But Neetzotz exists to help children socially…

Meet Issac*

When Isaac came to Neetzotz, he had multiple learning difficulties coupled with social challenges. Sadly, he grew comfortable with his perpetual place, looking in from outside.

But Neetzotz exists to help children academically…

We gave Isaac substantial mentoring to rebuild his self-image and coach him towards reasonable academic milestones. We also enrolled him in extracurricular activities, where members get awards and certification upon successful completion.

The day Isaac held his Fire Marshal Award and First Aid certification in his hand, he was one inch taller, no question. And so were his parents.

What about us? Na. We don’t take credit. The credit goes to you, our supporters. You are the ones who make it happen.

Meet Jerry*

Jerry was an impulsive, immature and often antisocial ten year old. Given his domestic situation, it was hardly a surprise. He had a lot on his shoulders — and it was there to stay.

But Neetzotz exists to help children emotionally…

We enrolled Jerry in sports sessions at our sports centre, so he could release his surplus energy in a safe and constructive setting. We also gave him personal coaching where he learnt communication skills, including anger management.

Through the medium of creative artwork at the after-school club he found an outlet he thoroughly enjoyed and since devotes many hours to at home too.

Our efforts have mellowed Jerry into a mature, resilient — and genuinely pleasant — child to be around. And it serves him well against the curve balls that his home front throws him.

Are we proud? Sure. Do we take credit? Na. It’s yours for keeps. We do as much as you afford us to.

Meet Fred*

Fred came to Neetzotz with severely low self-esteem. It was hampering his social integration — and it needed no explanation. At twelve, Fred was obese. He couldn’t keep up with his peers even if he tried.

But Neetzotz exists to help children socially…

We gave Fred social and emotional support to help him overcome his social struggles. Enrolling him in physical activities, in a supportive group setting, helped improve his overall wellbeing, which in turn, had a positive impact on his social integration.

Harry went from being a poster boy for ‘the child who was left behind’ to ‘the child who was saved from the brink’. He is now fitter, happier and more confident.

Harry looks much the same in shape, but his personality? It’s not to recognize.

Is it thanks to us? Na. It’s thanks to those who fund our organisation, because without you we would not be.
